Tadalis, a generic version of Cialis, is best to treat the erectile dysfunction. Nowadays, erection failures are common among men. The molecular structure of Tadalafil is similar to that of cGMP and acts as a competitive binding agent of PDE5 in the corpus cavernosum, resulting in more cGMP and better erections. Tadalafil also holds the blood for the more time in the penis and hence allows men to sustain the erection for the sufficient amount of time during the sexual intercourse.
